Privacy policy

Publr is a Pbyte service for scheduling and publishing social media posts. This policy explains what data we process, especially in relation to Meta (Facebook / Instagram).

What we collect

• Account data: email, name, optional My Pbyte user ID
• Meta OAuth tokens and page/Instagram IDs needed to publish on your behalf
• Post content (captions, media) you upload or schedule
• Subscription/plan information linked to your Pbyte order

How we use Meta data

We use Meta APIs solely to connect Pages and Instagram Business accounts and to publish scheduled content. Tokens are stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM). We do not sell Meta data or use it for ads.

Retention & deletion

When a subscription ends or on request we delete linked tokens and accounts. Meta users can submit a data deletion request via the Meta app panel; our callback is at /api/meta/data-deletion.
